Employer Terms of Use

By using an employer account on Wazifa (MyWazifa) you agree to the following terms, approved by the platform owner on 2026-08-08:

1. Real jobs only. A listing is posted under a real company name for a genuinely open role. We may remove any misleading listing and close its account.

2. Bilingual listings. Every listing publishes in both Arabic and English, or it stays a draft.

3. Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, for contacting applicants, and for complying with the labour laws of the listing's country.

4. Applicant data. Applicant data is used only for hiring for your posted role; it may not be sold or shared.

5. Cross-border applications. Accepting applicants from outside the job's country is your explicit setting and is enforced exactly as you set it.

6. Posting is currently free. Pricing may change in the future with prior notice, and never retroactively for published listings.

7. Review. Accounts and listings are subject to review; the verification badge is earned through verification and cannot be bought.
